I bought some lovely bog oak blanks from Adamson & Low on Etsy recently! I got the small ones which are about 15cm long and I’m really looking forward to making my own crochet hooks and some more hair pins. Here’s my first go, a hair stick with an itty-bitty crescent moon at the end. It’s a bit rough and in need of a touch more sanding but I’m really happy with how it turned out! Made using a budget carving set from Ebay which worked perfectly well and which I’ll probably upgrade if I carry on with this hobby.
